Why: Licensure authorised, program not yet stood up.
CDR still lists Arizona as unable to use the compact, and that predates the law. SB 1508 became law on April 4, 2024, authorising the Department of Health Services to license dietitian nutritionists. The Department has not yet built the program — dietetics does not appear on its professions-and-occupations licensing index — so there is no Arizona license yet for a privilege to attach to. As in Michigan, the licensure law Arizona would have needed is already on the books.
