The Dietitian Licensure Compact Act. A predecessor bill, S 1344, was introduced by Sen. Verdin on May 9, 2024 and referred to Senate Medical Affairs the same day, with the session nearly over; it never left that committee. S 160 is the second attempt and is further along, having already cleared the Senate.
